Payment for Services
- We are committed to providing your pet with the best possible care and would be happy to discuss our fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship.
- Payment is due at the time of service. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
- We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks (we do not accept checks for new clients), and cash. Prepayment may be required prior to providing services such as emergencies, infectious disease cases (i.e. leptospirosis and parvovirus), and new clients.
- Kauai North Shore Animal Clinic offers third party financing options through Cherry.

Kauai Humane Society
The Kaua'i Humane Society offers low-cost medical exams to pet-owners at their Community Care Center. KHS offers low-cost spay and neuter and low cost basic pet care, such as vaccinations and microchipping. We encourage all pet owners to establish a relationship with one of Kaua’i’s private veterinary clinics as KHS is not available on a consistent basis and cannot handle certain medical issues.
